Abstract
Libro en el que se recogen los resultados de las investigaciones realizadas por su autora, Thea van Osten, en torno a las espumas de Poliuretano, su composición, propiedades y usos en arte contemporáneo y diseño. Se discuten cuestiones sobre su envejecimiento y sus causas. También se describen diferentes tratamientos de consolidación llevados a cabo sobre obras contemporáneas realizadas con Poliuretano.
